Outer Limits Sportfishing Crew Captain Jim Rickman has over 30 years experience fishing the waters off the East Coast of the United States, to the Bahamas, Mexico,and Hawaii. He has been fishing the waters of the OUTER BANKS since he was a young man. In the last 6 years alone, he has been involved in over THREE THOUSAND BILLFISH RELEASES.
